I am 34 and was officially diagnosed and started on adderall (adderrall) xr in Sept. My feet in particular have been freezing! Not numb or blue, just cold. Best Answer: If you're taking Adderall for ADD or ADHD, you would be better off with something like a non-stimulant, such as Strattera or one of the newer. Adderall Side Effects?? .
